The traditional ultrasonic cell crusher put the horn (probe) directly into the sample, one can only handle a sample, experimental cycle is long. For multiple samples, need to repeated use of the same horn, easy to cause the cross infection of samples. As the depth of horn inserted into each sample is different, and the energy distribution of each ultrasound is not the same, it will affect the accuracy and repeatability of experimental results. In addition, because cannot use the sealing device, it will produce weapons or foam spread into the environment in the ultrasonic process, cause potential biological risk.
Cup type ultrasonic cell disrupter of our company can handle multiple samples at the same time, high efficiency; no need frequent replace horn. All samples were in a separate full closed centrifugal pipe or tube, to avoid cross infection; the ultrasonic bath at 4℃, uniform energy distribution, the effect of ultrasonic completely; ultrasonic parameter setting flexible and standard experimental procedure, good repeatability, high reliability. Optional sound insulation box or low temperature constant temperature bath.
